Sayuupi Mart opens for a limited time and orders can only be made within the store opening window. This time's opening date will last for 2 weeks until March 21st!

💙 Order Fulfillment

As long as stock lasts, your order will be packed when the store closes, then handed to the post office for shipment around a week later.

 

💙 About Preorder

After any certain product's ready stock hits 0 before the store closes, we will open a preorder for said product.

By ordering our preorder products, you're agreeing to wait for said products to be manufactured before said product is shipped.

Manufacturing time will take around 2-4 weeks.

We will notify you if whether the manufacturing time takes either shorter or longer than originally estimated.

 

💙 Shipping

We're opening this store to reach our international bearsties, which goes without saying that we ship worldwide! That said, there are things you need to pay attention to:

    • PO BOX address is not accepted
    • For those choosing Pos Ekspor as a shipping service, Numero Fiscal is REQUIRED for all customers from FRANCE. 
    • EORI number is required for purchases above 800$ for all customers from the UK
    • Tax ID is required by the destination's post office for customers from Mexico, Portugal, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina.
    • The Estimated Time of Arrival stated at checkout is the ETA that is provided by Pos Indonesia. We can't say for sure but please expect longer ETA than stated for every shipment, especially for the cheaper service options.

If you don't find your country at checkout, please contact us so we can figure things out with the post office if it's possible.

Every order will be shipped from Indonesia. We're using Pos Indonesia's service to ship worldwide, which partners up with your country's postal service, or certain private shipping services like USPS, DHL, Aramex, etc. depending on your country

Tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is handed to the post office.

IMPORTANT : Please track your shipment!!
After your order left our hand and into the shipping services', it becomes your responsibility to track it to make sure it's not lost or stuck somewhere along the shipment chain. Of course we'll be happy to help you figure things out together, but we are not responsible for any mishaps that's caused by the shipping company, which is out of our control.

Said mishaps include but not limited to:

    • Damaged parcel
    • Parcel being returned to sender
    • Parcel disposed of by shipping company for being held unclaimed for too long

That's why we need you to fill out your address & infos as accurately and detailed as possible, to avoid such problems.

 

💙 VAT (Value Added Tax)

We DO NOT collect VAT for your shipment. Depending on your country's policy, you may be charged the VAT when your package is arriving to you, by the shipping company.

 

💙 Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation

With a heavy heart, we won't accept cancellation. Please double triple check your orders before checking out!

We also won't accept return/refund for orders arriving exactly as ordered and undamaged.

IMPORTANT : Please film an uncut unboxing video of your parcel when it arrived.
If there are damaged and/or missing items, as long as it wasn't caused by shipping and you can provide video proof stated above,

i can offer some solutions including but not limited to:
- Reshipping the missing item, free of charge.
- Refunding your payment either fully or partly depending on the items

 

 💙 Rebound

Once again, we advice you to double triple check your delivery address and regularly track your package because your order can also be returned to sender for one of these reasons:

    • Recipient not at home during delivery, especially after multiple delivery attempts
    • Address was incorrect and/or incomplete
    • Parcel delivered to wrong address and returned by wrong recipient
    • Customs VAT being unpaid.

If the parcel rebound ultimately happens, we will send you a message when the parcel arrived back to us to reach an agreement for what to do with the order.
If you don't reply to said message after 2 weeks, we will refund your order minus the shipping fee.
